I included my e-mail address and business card (as a reference of sorts/I work for the City here) with the book. My third book (existing only as fragments at this point) includes a painter character, so maybe there will be an opportunity to discuss approach, materials, and technique.

Of course I'd be willing to share any information you need I'm looking very forward to a reading your book. Reading novels is something I do too little of. I'm trying to learn how to play piano right now. I think it was taking up some of my painting time
Then you may be able to relate to the protagonist of "From Dulce" who plays keyboards, and whose major musical influence was his mother, a flawless concert pianist. But of course it's fiction, so there's much more to the story.
