Amber, and I thought I knew the meaning of the word "potent" :) - I deleted my previous comment which had a typo - sort of the obsessive compulsive in me!

hehe.. Ron thats the true sign of an artist:)
I'm having fun discovering a new technique. I think I'll stick with this for a while.

Amber, stunning new look throughout! I took the liberty to find the web address of your previous post and included it in my list of favourite links (used the same blogger gadget as my list of favourite artists). It is:
http://amberlounder.blogspot.com/2009/09/blog-post.html
If you do the same, you will allow viewers to access the presentation of your works "with music" at will...The other way is to publish in youtube and use the video gadget. I tried publishing a video in Picasa (another solution ) but lost the sound. If my colors get drab...I'll review your works:))

Amber, looks like this new technique has already spoken to you...could this be the time to make your front views look like your views at an angle?:)) As for me, could it be the time to apply paint in the same way as I do watercolor sketches?

This is great! Love how loose the strokes are and how expressive her face is. Looks like you're having fun with that color palette.

Amber, thanks for your comment on my last painting experiment (didn't have much time to paint over the last 5 weeks preparing for my exhibition, been like a gerbil). It's been a great painting exhibition this weekend connecting with the public (I will post tomorrow)... I'm super charged! BTW, your prediction was right, the Havana painting was gone... within minutes. The royalty check is in the mail... I used Léger, New-Brunswick as an address:))
