Problems painting


I can't seem to get into the grove I think I've got inspiration,but then all of a sudden when I begin to work I feel lost Yikes!!!!

Maybe it's the subject matter that you're finding difficult, a little too close to home. I think these pieces are off to a great start.

The previous "unfinished" painting (a matter of point of view) already has that "carved in paint" look. You push thick pigment as if it were watercolor (your signature)...yet you hit the mark most of the time. Enough said :)

I can certainly relate...I'm feeling that way today and it's frustrating and upsetting. I know I will be fine once again, it's that I'm holding onto. :(
