Today I began working on the previous dancer painting and felt like it was going no where fast. So I thought I'd just sketch the next one I had in mind .
It poured out as fast as I could move--- 36x36 in about 30 minutes
It's not quite done ,but I feel great about this one,

I really like both of these dance pieces. What a lovely set they would make. Though I certainly understand your frustration. Self criticism is always an artist's greatest challenge.

Without self critizism there is no growth, so i guess we should welcome it :)))
I think this is what you needed ! Be free, work fast sometimes, it's a stress reliever ! I love working fast and do it quite often, never boring.
