I love this piece. I'm usually not much for still life paintings but pears always make me change my mind - and this is wonderful - excellent balance of abstract and realism.
Well I normally don't like abstract but I do like a lot that edge when figurative fall into abstraction but you can still make the visual shape into the figure, and you made it really nice here... Lovely colours too!

I love how "alive" these are, and how you (monitor and photo permitting) caught those lovely pearly pale pear tones.
